The General Manager is charged with enforcing the rules and regulations as they relate to refuse collection, disposal and related activities of the District. Water Conservation

During the landscape workshop series, Templeton residents received hands-on instruction in designing and trouble shooting drip irrigation systems, received important information on sustainable garden strategies, and even took home free moisture meters and drought-tolerant plants.
