Would anyone be able to get to it easily in an emergency?
We realize that you probably don't think about your water meter box very often, if at all. However, in order to insure that we are able to "correctly" read and / or service your meter, we ask that you keep the meter and surrounding area clear of bushes, shrubs, and trees, so that we may have access to it at all times.
Please remember that vehicles and trailers parked on the street can also hinder access
and they should never be parked over the top of the meter box.
Your assistance with this request will insure that your meter is read and / or serviced promptly and correctly, and that you will be able to get to your water shut-off quickly if a problem arises.
