LAWN AND IRRIGATION REBATE PROGRAM 

Half of our water is used in landscaping. By transforming your lawn and/or irrigation systems, you can significantly reduce water usage AND receive a rebate of up to $1,200. TCSD offers 3 levels of rebate options for replacing flower beds, lawns, and sprinklers with drought sustainable landscaping.

AUTOMATIC WATER SOFTENER REMOVAL REBATE PROGRAM 

Automatic water softeners leave salty wastewater that negatively affects our groundwater aquifers and harms our efforts to ensure a reliable source of water for the future. TCSD offers 2 different rebate program options for the elimination or replacement of a residential “on-demand” style water softener. Remove your on-site self-regenerating water softener and replace it with an off-site regeneration service, or replace it with a salt-free water conditioner, AND receive a $250 rebate.
