Balancing Financial Priorities

The goal each year is to balance the budget while prioritizing the many needs of the District. 


The result is the 2022-2023 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 21st, 2022.

The result is the 2021-2022 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 15th, 2021.

The result is the 2020-2021Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 16th, 2020.

The result is the 2019-2020 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 18th, 2019.  

The result is the 2018-2019 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 19th, 2018.

The result is the 2017-2018 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 27th, 2017.

The result is the 2016-2017 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on July 5th 2016.

The result is the 2015-2016 Balanced Budget, which the TCSD Board of Directors approved on June 16th 2015.

Master Schedule of Fees and Charges

The TCSD Board of Directors adopted a Master Schedule of Fees and Charges on November 15, 2022.

SB 272 Enterprise System Catalog

In 2015, the Legislature passed Senate Bill 272 (SB272) as part of the Public Records Act. (New Government Code 6270.5) SB 272 requires all local government agencies (except school districts) to create a catalog of enterprise systems that are used by the agency. Water Conservation Ordinance - 2014-1

The Board of Directors has amended the District's water conservation standards and regulations, and has adopted a water shortage contingency plan. The result is Ordinance 2015-2.
